How it Ships

While we pride ourselves on low free shipping thresholds to most of the planet, what we really stand for is minimal packaging.

Every product that ships out goes out in the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to their destination safely and securely. No more, no less.

Materials

The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Our Case Design

Meticulously designed to protect your phone from drops and scratches as well as any traditional plastic case. Precision cuts around speakers, charger, volume and power buttons.

Carefully designed wrap around edges to protect the front of your phone. Smooth to the touch, flexible with no extra bulk.

Timing is Everything

Customer Service - OUTSTANDING
ordered two cases: one for me, one for my husband. I asked my husband which model phone he had and he told me the 16 PRO so that's what I ordered. When the cases arrived (LOVE THEM), his didn't fit. He thought I ordered the wrong PRO model but then he checked his phone and he actually has the 15 PRO. uh oh. I tried to do an exchange online but wasn't able to access the right model. I contacted customer service and Katrina IMMEDIATELY offered to send me the correct model. So easy, so responsive, so kind. I will be telling everyone I know about the fun, durable phone cases as well as the wonderful treatment from their customer care team. Thank you Katrina and Pela - you have a customer for life!
