How it Ships

While we pride ourselves on low free shipping thresholds to most of the planet, what we really stand for is minimal packaging.

Every product that ships out goes out in the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to their destination safely and securely. No more, no less.

Matériels

The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

This was not inexpensive but we got it on a BOGO. Love that it is compostable. Love that we had so many options considering this was a 13 mini. My daughter has repeatedly said how much she loves it. Super happy.

LOVE
This case is so gorgeous, fun, stylish, I couldn't love it more. I had seen some bad reviews re the durability and the shipping costs - so far the case is as immaculate as the first day I received it (I've had it about a month) and I paid £40 for two cases with free UK delivery and there was no unexpected import tax costs. All of my friends have noticed my case and are now looking to order cases for themselves. So impressed, I would definitely order more!
