We pride ourselves in having a 100% Happiness guarantee! If for any reason your product doesn't live up to the hype, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to follow our simple steps to return or exchange it for something that you will love!
What if I purchased your case from a retail store or Amazon?
If you purchased a Pela product from Amazon or any of our retail partners, you can either return or exchange it directly with them, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org! Please note, you won't be able to use our return portal for retail or Amazon orders but we'd still love to help you!
When will I receive my replacement/exchange?
We will ship your new replacement or exchange within 3 business days of your refund being processed and approved! You will then receive a shipment email that contains your tracking information. Standard shipping times can be found here.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed immediately but it will depend on your bank when they show up in your account. Most banks process them within 1-3 business days but it can take as long as 10 business days for some institutions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
You won't have to pay for a return or exchange (unless you choose a higher priced item of course)! Most of our returns are eligible for "Green Returns" so we can keep our emissions as low as possible. In any instance that they aren't, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to send your items back. Our easy portal will walk you through all the steps!

Can I do an exchange if I received my item as a gift?
