How it Ships
Materials
The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Beautiful Color!
I purchased the purple/lavendar colored case for my iPhone SE 2020. It arrived in a timely manner and I love the environmentally conscious packaging. I am so happy to have a phone case that had a positive impact on the environment! :) The only critique I have is that the bottom of the case slightly gets in the way of plugging in the cable to charge my phone - I have to lift up the top of the case slightly so the charging cable can fit flush against my phone.

I love that this is made from recycled material and the grip is great. I love the colour! I am so glad we bought these...they are durable, excellent grip and environmentally friendly!

Love this case. The colour is beautiful and the feel of the case is really nice. Quick delivery and I received discount code to give to 3 friends which was a nice perk. It’s slick but feels like it offers quite a lot of protection and it’s a good feeling knowing it won’t be sat in a landfill for 100s of years to come.

This phone case is great! It's just a tiny bit bigger than the slim but just as manageable. I got the lavender color which is lovely and easy to differentiate from everyone else's phone cases. It's cute, it's comfortable, and easy to clean.
